The Carriage Suite on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Rooms feature cherry cabinets, Golden River granite countertops, and commercial dishwashers. Some rooms share bathrooms; children under 12 cannot stay in the Iris or Cabin Rooms.

A large continental breakfast is served daily, including freshly made fruit salad and muffins. Two notable restaurants nearby are Lionhead, led by the former chef of The Herbfarm, and various Capitol Hill dining spots. Many Seattle restaurants currently require proof of vaccination for entry.
